Established in 1968, Concord Coach is a premier transit provider headquartered in Concord, focused on connecting communities throughout northern New England to major cultural hubs like Boston and New York City.  Concord Coach prides themselves in delivering a safe, reliable and convenient transportation alternative. To deliver an exceptional customer experience Concord Coach must operate and maintain an extensive inventory of elite motor coaches, which come at a significant cost. Concord Coach engaged GSC IT Solutions to design and install an IP video surveillance solution to assist them in identifying and capturing sources of property damage, as well as providing a comprehensive video surveillance solution. GSC IT utilized the Axis Communications portfolio of cameras coupled with their 2000 series Camera Station network video recorder to implement a solution that not only solved for the customers immediate needs, but also assisted in improving their physical security posture. The solution provides real-time monitoring of the vehicles, as well as providing long-term video storage. A variety of cameras were installed to meet the various business objectives, and required detail of the motor coaches and maintenance buildings.
