In 2018 Temco was ready to make changes to their IT support model, and selected GSC IT Solutions to deliver a solution using their comprehensive GSCare managed service product. The GSCare Plus managed service product was selected in order to provide 24×7 monitoring and support of their critical infrastructure, but allow the Temco management team to retain ownership of specific IT planning and budgeting functions. The GSCare Plus managed service product provided Temco with 24x7x365 monitoring of all their critical computing devices, along with an unlimited IT support program. The GSCare managed service product also provided Temco with service level objectives for performance to ensure IT issues were quickly resolved, and wouldn’t impact their ability to efficiently operate their business. As part of this process GSC IT performed a comprehensive inventory of the Temco Tool network to better document the architecture and components, as well as assist in developing a long-term IT plan to meet their operational and compliance needs. The GSCare Plus service assisted in quickly bringing more consistency and efficiency to their computing environment and IT support model, while taking a large burden away from their management team so they could focus on their core business.
